Note: Due to the nature of the product being individually handmade, slight
variations are to be expected. The Customer accepts that no two cards are
identical and these variations will not be seen as faulty.
Also note we always post 1st Class and obtain dated receipts from our
carrier, Royal Mail or Post Office as proof of posting, but we do not
insure for actual, timely and safe delivery of goods although we make
every effort to ensure goods are appropriately packed and protected. If
you require your order to be insured please ask and we will advise cost
prior to posting. All orders valued £20 and over are posted 'Recorded
Delivery' (UK only).
Packing
and postage costs
We do not charge for VAT but
charge extra for packing and postage anywhere in the world as follows:
Total order value £0.01 - £5.00 = £0.60
Total order value £5.01 - £10.00 = £1.10
Total order value £10.01 - £20.00 = £2.25
Total order value £20.01 - £30.00 = £3.50
Total order value £30.01 + = £6.00
Please note this is only a contribution and does not represent the true
cost of packing and postage!

Work
If additional/new design/illustration work is requested and the order is
not made or later cancelled, Celtic-1 reserves the right to charge design
time at £25 per hour.
Making a purchase
At Celtic-Weddings, we have tried to make buying as easy as possible. Just
browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put
them into the shopping cart. Because of the huge amount of work involved
in totally customising the cards we ask you to make a minimum initial
order of £50. After you have finished your selection, click
on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able
to satisfy the order.
If you do not wish to use Paypal you can pay by cheque or bankers' order
in pounds sterling, made payable to Peter Kitchin and posted to

Copyright Issues
For people like us, working in the creative industry, plagiarising
original work is becoming an increasing problem and threatens our
livelihood. We view any attempt to copy our work as theft. Please be aware
that we have had successfully prosecutions in the past and will do so
again.
Orders
and Delivery
Your cards/prints will usually be
made especially for you on the day you order, and posted the following
day. If you require a very large number of cards it may take a few days
more to do this. In this instance we will email you with details before
accepting your order.
Goods Lost in the Post
We will always obtain dated
receipts from our carrier, Royal Mail or Post Office as proof of posting
or send 'Recorded Delivery' when mailing your cards/prints. In the
unlikely event of goods not arriving at your address we will make every
effort to help you make a claim by providing this documentation.
Tax Charges
Celtic-Weddings is not registered for VAT and therefore no tax is payable.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. In the unlikely event of your goods being
faulty, please return the goods to us. We promise to issue to you a full
refund plus the cost of returning the goods to us.
